Care During Pregnancy
The Women’s Health Group functions together as a team in order to
provide the best care for our obstetric patients. Although you may
prefer to have only one physician primarily responsible for your
continued care during your pregnancy, we welcome you to meet
each of the physicians in the group. There is no way of knowing
which physician will be on call at the time your labor begins so we
want you to be comfortable with the entire group. When one of our
physicians is on call at the hospital, the others are at our office
seeing patients.

Gynecological Care
Your periodic check-ups and scheduled visits can be scheduled with
your physician of choice. There may be times, however, when you
have an emergency or a need which occurs at a time when your
personal physician is not in the office or available. In that case, one
of the other physicians or a physician assistant will be available for
you. Our staff has access to all of your medical records so that if an
emergency arises, we will be familiar with your medical history.

Prescriptions
For routine prescription refills please call your pharmacy during
normal office hours. Your pharmacist will contact our office if
necessary. After-hours prescriptions should be for emergencies
only. Non-emergency prescriptions will be processed on the next
business day. If you need a new prescription please call our office
and ask to speak to the nurse. Please have your pharmacy’s
