As a courtesy, our office will file insurance claims for obstetrical and surgical care. If you have a question about your coverage, please contact your insurance company before filing a claim. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Each patient is responsible for charges from our office, regardless of what your insurance pays.
